CJ Guo & Co is establishedChristopher and Julie set up the firm in Kuala Lumpur, working from a home office from the first day.
CJ Guo & Co was established on 1 July 2024 by Christopher Joseph Wei-Yan Guo and Julie Ha.
The first desk, July 2024. We set the firm up in a home office on purpose. We wanted our time to go into our clients' matters rather than into running premises, and we wanted a firm small enough for the partners to stay close to the work.
We meet clients in person by arrangement, and by phone or video call.

The office is refittedA year into practice, the same room gets a bigger desk and room for more files.
A year in, the work had outgrown the first desk. We refitted the same room with a larger desk, a better chair and more space for files.

Our new websiteCJ Guo & Co now has a home online, with a guide to our practice and a place for articles and firm news.
